The assault resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a theft at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
